About the 2026 Heaven Can Wait 5K

This is an out-and-back course in Redmond, flat enough that walkers and runners share it comfortably. It raises money for Sara's Project, which focuses on early detection of breast cancer, so the field tends to draw people who have a personal connection to that cause alongside those just out for a morning run.

Bib pickup runs the evening before at a running store in Bend, then again the following midday at a local bar and restaurant in Redmond. On race morning, the start is at the Redmond High School track, with pickup available there as well.
