About the Haunted Run 5k and Kids Fun Run
The course is paved, winding through the Grey Drake and Town Center areas of Big Sky, with Halloween-themed obstacles along the way. Runners start at Moving Mountains, head down Town Center Avenue, and finish at the Visit Big Sky building, where a haunted house is staged. Costumes are very much part of the deal.
Packet pickup happens at Moving Mountains before the start. Post-race, Beehive Basin Brewery opens up, with live music and food trucks at the finish area. A raffle and costume contest round out the morning, with proceeds supporting Morningstar Learning Center. The kids event runs later in the afternoon, with a costume parade included.
