About the Harrodsburg Oktoberfest 5K Walk/Run
The course runs through Anderson Dean Park, so there are trees and open park space around you for most of the route. The race is tied to the city's Oktoberfest celebration happening the same morning, which means there is a festival atmosphere waiting at the finish. Dogs are welcome on the course as long as they are leashed and current on vaccinations.
Race check-in is at the park on the morning of the event. After you finish, the Oktoberfest beer tent is nearby, and runners with a bib get a discount on a pour. The race benefits a local church youth ministry.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Harrodsburg Oktoberfest 5K Walk/Run has been held every year since at least 2023. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
