About the Harambee Happy Feet 5K/Walk/Fun Run
The course starts and finishes on the patio of the Health Science Center at Montgomery County Community College, then winds through campus and picks up a stretch of the Crossways Trail. The terrain is mostly flat, with marshals posted at key points along the way. Dogs on leashes are welcome on the walk portion.
After finishing, there is free food, music, and a raffle. Parking on campus is free and plentiful, and indoor restrooms are available at the start and finish area.
