About the HAEE 5k
The course runs through Hampton Community Park, which gives it a neighborhood feel rather than an urban one. The race benefits the Hampton Township School District, funded by a volunteer-run nonprofit that puts the proceeds toward educational programs, so the crowd tends to be local families with a real stake in the event.
Packet pickup is offered the evening before at Hampton Middle School, which keeps race morning straightforward. Parking is free on-site at the park, and volunteers direct traffic, so arrival is easy.
