About the H2GORUN 2 Miler Fun Run

The route runs through Jacksonville, and the main attraction is volunteers posted along the way with water guns and cannons. You are expected to get soaked, so wear something you do not mind running wet in. The race benefits Alzheimer's Arkansas, and that purpose is front and center. Awards go to top overall finishers and walkers, with age group categories as well.

The start area is near a large military aircraft visible from the interstate, which makes it easy to find even if you have not been there before. Packet pickup opens early on race morning, and day-of registration is available if you missed the deadline.
