About the GRRRR Great River Road Road Race
The course runs through Pikes Peak State Park, heading out along park roads to the Great River Road and back on the same path. The terrain has a few gentle rolls but nothing that slows you down much. The river corridor surrounds the route, so the scenery does the work while your legs handle the mild undulation.
After finishing, there is a pancake breakfast for everyone, which is a little unexpected and worth sticking around for. Awards follow shortly after.
