About the Grow Lyman 5K
The course winds through downtown Lyman, so you are running past storefronts and town streets rather than a park trail or greenway. Dogs and strollers are welcome, and there is a short kids' race as part of the morning. A dog-and-human team gets their own award category, which is a nice touch.
The race connects to a wellness market that opens shortly after the runners finish, with local vendors and food trucks on site. Packet pickup happens race morning, so plan to arrive early enough to get your bib, find parking, and get a few minutes to stretch before the start.
