The course runs through the wooded, hilly terrain of a camp and retreat center outside Lebanon, with obstacles scattered throughout that test balance, strength, and nerve. The hills are real, the mud is real, and the obstacles mix familiar challenges with some new ones. Pace is entirely your call. A kids' fun run runs alongside the main event for younger participants.
