About the Greenland Trail Races

The course runs on soft dirt trail with Pikes Peak visible across the landscape. The terrain is gentle enough that the organizer calls it the fastest of its kind in the state, which suggests a mostly open, rolling route rather than anything technical or heavily wooded. Several distance options make it useful for runners at different points in their training.

Food and beer are waiting at the finish, which gives the end of the race a social pull that is easy to look forward to on the back half of a long effort.
