About the Great Pumpkin 5K

The course runs through downtown Logan, passing restored historic homes along Center Street before looping back. There are two ways to run it: straight through, or hauling a pumpkin the whole way. The pumpkin-hauling option is exactly what it sounds like, and the organizers provide the pumpkin at check-in.

The start and finish are in the parking lot behind a yoga studio on the north edge of downtown. That lot is reserved for festival vendors, so parking is on the street to the north or in the lot across from the studio. Race-morning packet pickup happens on-site before the start. After the race, a large harvest festival with food trucks and vendors is already setting up around you.
