About the Great Gobble Wobble
This is a Thanksgiving morning race in Oconomowoc, with distance options for runners at different levels and a short kids' course that benefits a local Christmas lights fund. The rucking option, where you carry a weighted pack instead of running free, is newer and part of a broader series of events the organizers run across the area.
Teams can register together and get their packets grouped at pickup, which cuts down on the usual morning scramble. The race runs as part of a regional series, so if you have done other events in that group, the setup here will feel familiar.
