The course runs through the vineyard at Grand River Cellars, weaving among the vines on a cross-country style route with uneven ground underfoot. It is not a course built for fast times; the footing keeps you honest. Runners who want to push can, but most people here are moving at a pace that leaves room to look around.
Packet pickup opens on race morning before the first wave goes out. There is wine at the finish, poured on site at the winery.
