About the Grace Hill 5K Haunted Wine Run
The course runs through the trails of Grace Hill Winery, out among the vines in the Kansas countryside. It is a trail run with a Halloween theme, so expect some seasonal surprises along the way. Costumes are encouraged, and there are prizes for them, which gives the whole morning a loose, dressed-up energy.
After the race, the winery stays open for the party. Live music, food, wine flights, and seasonal wines are all part of it, with patio space to spread out and linger. There is a wine pour waiting at the finish, and the fall festival atmosphere tends to keep people around well past the last runner coming in.
