About the Gobble Dash
The Gobble Dash runs on Thanksgiving morning at Audubon Park in Garland, with several distance options plus a short kids sprint. A post-race competition called the Gobble Gauntlet follows, with events like the Dizzy Pie Plunge and Crazy Can Carry open to both kids and adults. The race benefits local charitable partners and draws a crowd ready to celebrate the holiday.
Packet pickup is available the evening before the race at a location in the area, then again race morning at the Rad Racing tent in Audubon Park. The morning kicks off with announcements, a pledge, and a prayer before the first wave goes out. Refreshments, live results, awards, and the Gauntlet competitions wrap up the morning before midday.
