Glow & Roll takes place at dusk, so the course runs in the dark, lit up with glow elements and music along the way. Costumes are common, and the crowd includes people on foot, in wheelchairs, and moving however works for them. The mood is more party than race, and the after-party keeps things going once the course is done.
