Glens Falls, NY
The race starts and finishes on Warren Street in downtown Glens Falls on Thanksgiving morning, so the streets are quiet and the air has that particular cold-holiday stillness. Proceeds go to the Open Door Mission, which is also the start and finish area, so the place the race supports is the place you leave from and return to.
