The race starts outside Makoshika Wellness on Thanksgiving morning and heads out through Glendive on a road course. Runners are encouraged to bring a couple of non-perishable food items for the local food bank, so the trunk of your car is worth loading before you head over. Proceeds split between the wellness center and that same food bank.
