About the Ghostly Gallop
The course starts in a church parking lot and heads east along Lakeway Road before turning north past a junior high school. From there it swings onto West Boxelder Road and climbs a hill, then turns back toward the church on South Burma Avenue. Costumes are encouraged, and there is also a short kids run that loops the church grounds.
Packet pickup and the start are both at the First United Methodist Church on West Lakeway Road. Parking is right there in the church lot, so there is no scramble before the gun.
