About the Gardiner Dump Run

The course runs single-track trails through wooded hillsides and along open fields at Riverbend Trails, near the Wallkill river. The terrain is natural and unhurried, the kind that asks you to pay attention to your footing rather than your pace. You can run a single loop or double it for a longer morning out.

Packet pickup and day-of registration both happen at the start before the runners meeting, so arriving with a little extra time helps. Volunteers direct parking on site. If you have old athletic sneakers to spare, the event is running a recycling program and accepts donations at the race.
