About the Frosty Rock Challenge
The longer distance here is the one worth knowing about. It winds through oak savannah, past marshes and wetlands, and across open prairie before looping back to the high school where it started. The route now approaches from the front of the school and heads up toward Hoard Road, so there is some real climbing early. The shorter distance sticks to neighborhood streets around the school.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at Fort HealthCare Business Health Department on Milwaukee Ave West, with race-morning pickup available in the hours before the start. Both options are at accessible spots close to the start area.
