About the Frosty Looper
The course runs a paved loop around Cooper River Park, with the Philadelphia skyline visible across the water. It is flat throughout, and because the format is timed rather than a fixed distance, runners choose their own stopping point. The loop passes a Wawa, which becomes its own kind of aid station for anyone who wants a coffee run mid-race.
Runners set up personal pit areas along the course, so gear and snacks stay within easy reach each time around. There is a stocked aid station as well. The park is accessible and the loop format means you are never far from your stuff or from other runners.
