About the Frosty Fifty Trail Races 5K

The course is a loop around Salem Lake, starting and finishing at the Marina building. Longer distances repeat the loop, so you pass through the finish area between efforts, which gives you a crowd check-in mid-race. The route includes an out-and-back stretch along the Salem Creek Greenway. Terrain is trail throughout.

Packet pickup runs the evening before the race and again early the next morning, both at the Marina. Post-race, there is soup and beer from a local brewery on site.
