About the Froggy Hollow 5 & 9

The course is a loop through Little Bennett Regional Park, and the format is timed rather than a set distance, so you run as many laps as you can within your chosen window. The terrain is trail, and the loop takes you through the park's woods on a route that repeats each time around. An aid station on the course is stocked with food and drink.

Dogs, pacers, and crew are not allowed on the trail, so it is a self-contained effort. The race runs under a county parks permit, which means extreme weather can result in cancellation, and there is no rain date for the current edition. Worth reading the weather policy before you commit.
