The Fright Night 5K starts and finishes at the high school stadium, organized by the school's cross country team. Because it falls on Halloween itself, costumes and Halloween gear are part of the scene, and plenty of runners show up dressed for it. The course goes out from the stadium and returns, so the finish has that arena feel.
