About the Freedom From Seizures 5K South
The race starts and finishes at a bar and grille on a highway in Dover, which doubles as the post-race party spot. Awards go deep into the age groups, and there are also prizes for the top fundraising individual and team, so the competitive and charitable sides of the morning run alongside each other.
Check-in opens well before the gun, with day-of registration available for anyone who had not already registered. While runners are out on the course, kids waiting at the finish have games and crafts to keep them busy.
