About the Fox Heritage Run
The course starts in downtown Kaukauna, follows the Fox River, and crosses into Little Chute over a pedestrian bridge named for a local family. From there it moves through park trails before hitting a stretch of road and looping back into downtown. The terrain is mostly gentle, with river views throughout and a short trail section through Heesakker Park.
Packet pickup runs the evening before and again early on race morning, in the Kaukauna Municipal Services Building parking lot. Medical support is present at both the start and finish areas, and there are a couple of water stations spread along the course.
