About the Fowl Play 5k
The course runs along river trails through Waterfront Park, with an alternate route available when trail conditions are hazardous. Downtown Leavenworth is the setting, with the gazebo on Front Street as the hub. Costumes are encouraged, and dogs are welcome on the course, which gives the morning a loose, come-as-you-are character without needing to announce it.
Bib pickup happens race morning in a tight window just before the start, so arriving early matters. There is no mention of a separate day-before pickup.
