About the Fleet Feet Columbia Turkey Trax 5K
This is a Thanksgiving morning 5K that starts and finishes at the corner by Flat Branch Park. The crowd on a holiday morning tends to be family groups rather than racing packs. It is the kind of outing that gets people out of the house before the meal.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon and evening before at Fleet Feet Columbia, which is the easier option if you want a calm race morning. If you miss it, there is also a pickup window on race morning at the start area near Flat Branch Park.
