About the First City Feast Day Fun Run
The race is held at Ward Lake, a wooded setting outside of Ketchikan that gives the morning a quiet, out-of-the-way feel. There are a couple of distance options, including a short loop around the lake itself. The route is gentle enough for most paces, and the Thanksgiving timing makes it a good reason to get outside before the rest of the day takes over.
Bib pickup and check-in happen on race morning before the first wave goes off, so there is no separate trip the day before. Both distances start and finish at the lake.
