About the FIREHOUSE 5K

The course runs through the streets of Oconee, starting and finishing at the firehouse itself. It is a road race through a small town, so expect neighborhood streets rather than trails or a park loop. Age group awards are part of the morning, and there is a costume element tied to the fire department theme if you want to lean into it.

Packet pickup and the start are both at the firehouse, which keeps everything in one place. Refreshments and snacks are out after the finish. The race benefits the local volunteer fire department directly.
