About the Feet for the Street 5K & 7 Miler

The course runs along the Salem Lake trail, starting and finishing beside the playground and parking area at the main entrance. The shorter distance stays on the trail; the longer one loops all the way around the lake. Both share the same start and finish, so spectators can watch from one spot without moving.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at the Street School, with race-morning pickup available near the lake playground. The start area has restrooms nearby, which is worth knowing. Cash prizes go to top finishers in the longer distance, and gift cards go to the top finishers and age-group winners in both events.
