About the FBI Jerry Dove Memorial 5K
The course runs on paved roads through the FBI's CJIS Division Complex, starting and finishing on the street named for the man the race honors. There is some real challenge to it, looping around part of the main facility before heading back. Security restrictions mean the course stays clear until the race begins, which gives the morning a different feel than a typical road race.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at a nearby hotel, with race-morning pickup also available. Refreshments are set up at the finish line. The race goes on regardless of weather.
