The course runs through downtown Lebanon and into Graham Memorial Park, so you get a stretch of city streets followed by park terrain. Part of the route is on gravel, which is worth knowing if you are picking your shoes. The overall shape is medium in terms of challenge, not flat pavement the whole way.

This race is part of Ham Days, a local celebration, so the start area has more going on around it than a typical morning race. Registration on race day opens early and closes before the gun.
