The course runs entirely inside the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds on a closed road surface. It is flat throughout, which tends to produce faster times, and the out-and-back or looping layout keeps you on familiar ground the whole way. Costumes and holiday attire are welcome, and there is a prize for whoever shows up dressed most elaborately.
