About the 2026 Edmond Turkey Trot
This is a Thanksgiving morning race through downtown Edmond, starting outside an elementary school. The course is on city streets, and strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. Costumes are encouraged, and there is a prize for the best Turkey Trot outfit. Proceeds go to local nonprofits.
Packet pickup is held the evening before at the elementary school where the race starts, with a race-morning option available at the same location. Parking is free throughout downtown. Both distances start from the same spot, with the shorter family walk going first and the longer run following shortly after.
