About the Dr. John Seaman Memorial 5k Run/Walk/Bike

The race honors a missionary and church leader known for his joyful spirit, and participants are encouraged to wear their most colorful socks in tribute. The bike portion starts first, followed by the run and walk, all launching from the ISAC building. Younger runners finish with an ice cream coupon from the snack bar rather than a podium placement.

Packet pickup opens early on race morning at the ISAC building, with registration also available that day. The event raises funds for a district mission trip to South America, so a donation option is built into the registration process.
