About the Doreen Myers 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run
The course starts near City Hall and moves through town toward the waterfront, passing along a nature trail before finishing at a park on the Satilla River. It is a point-to-point route, so you end somewhere different from where you began, with the river right there at the finish. The race is part of a larger crawfish festival happening that same weekend.
Packet pickup is available at Woodbine City Hall the evening before the race and again early on race morning. The start is right outside City Hall, so you will not need to move the car between pickup and the gun.
