About the Distant Area Vol Fire Dept PB Festival 5K Race/Fun Walk and Half Marathon
The shorter distance runs mostly on a rails-to-trails path, which keeps things flat and smooth underfoot. The half marathon is a different animal entirely: it rolls through hilly terrain, crosses Red Bank Creek a couple of times, and passes through a rail trail tunnel. Both routes start and finish at the South Bethlehem Borough Building.
