The course starts and finishes at Anchor Park, right on the oceanfront, so you are running with the Atlantic to one side for much of the route. It is a flat course along the Delray Beach shoreline, open to the breeze off the water. The crowd at the finish tends to be families and friends who came out for the holiday morning as much as the race itself.
