About the Delray Beach Jingle Bell Jog
The race takes over Anchor Park, with a course full of people dressed as Santa. Everyone runs with jingle bells tied to their shoes, so the sound alone is part of the experience. It is a holiday costume run more than a straight race, and the scene at the start reflects that.
Packet pickup runs over a couple of days the week before at a running store in Boca Raton, with no race-morning option mentioned. There is no parking at Anchor Park itself, and the organizers are emphatic about that. A free shuttle runs from a downtown garage to the start and back, which is the easiest way to get there.
