About the 13th Annual Delaware Tech Run, White, & Blue 5K Run/1-mi Walk

The course runs through a community college campus in Georgetown, roads marked with cones and police stationed at key points. It is flat with no real elevation to speak of, so most runners can push a solid pace from the start. The race benefits scholarships for veterans and first responders, and there is a rucking division for those who want to carry weight.

Packet pickup is the evening before at a local oyster bar and grill in Georgetown. Post-race, the finish area stays busy with an awards ceremony that follows shortly after the last runner comes in, along with refreshments on campus.
