About the Delaware River Loop Series
The Delaware River Loop Series is a winter running series that traces both banks of the Delaware through forests, farmland, and river towns from the Trenton area up toward Frenchtown. Each loop starts and finishes at a different trailhead or historic site, so the terrain and scenery shift across the season. The later loops stretch considerably longer than the earlier ones, building through the winter months.
Runners can join the group start or complete each loop on their own schedule before the series deadline. Aid stations are stocked at each group run, and there is food and drink at the finish. Registration is capped, so spots go quickly once the series opens.
