The course runs through county roads outside Delta, passing open fields and farmland before looping back to the middle school where it starts. Both distance options follow the same general territory, so the landscape does the work: wide sky, flat rural roads, and enough quiet that you notice the wind. A hot lunch inside the school is waiting when you finish.
