About the Damascus Festival of Miles
The course is a short loop through Damascus Town Park, mixing paved sections with trail. You pass the same gazebo on every lap, which means the crowd, the food trucks, and the live music are never far away. Runners set up camp directly beside the course, so there is a real base-camp feel to the whole day.
Packet pickup runs the evening before the race, and camping in the park that first night is an option for registered runners. The gazebo area anchors the event, with food trucks and music there through the day. Parking is available near the site, and arriving early is worth it if you are camping.
