About the Cumberland County Historical Running Festival at Greenwich
The course runs through the quiet streets of Greenwich, past old farmland and historic buildings, with very little elevation to speak of. It starts and finishes at the Gibbon House, a landmark that sets the tone: this is genuinely old town, the kind of place where eighteenth-century structures are still standing on the corners you run past.
Parking is at the town library, a short walk from the start. Packet pickup opens before the early wave goes off, with race-morning options available. After finishing, there is a food truck on site, and the town's museums, including a maritime museum and a log granary, are open if you want to spend the morning exploring.
