About the 2nd Annual Corn to Run
The course runs through Camp Cornhusker, a scout camp outside Du Bois, on wooded trails with rolling hills. This is genuine trail terrain, not a paved path with grass edges. The route moves through trees and natural ground, and the hills are real enough to make the distance feel earned.
Several aid stations are spread along the course, and medical volunteers are out there too. Camping is available on site the night before, with tent sites and cabins to rent, plus a dinner the evening before and breakfast in the morning for those staying over. The organizers note that parking at the venue is free.
