The course winds through neighborhood streets, picking up a main road stretch before looping back through quieter residential lanes. It is mostly flat, the kind of route where you can settle into a pace early and hold it. The surroundings are suburban and calm, and the course returns to its starting point at the Coppermine facility.
Packet pickup is the day before at the Coppermine location on Hampstead Mexico Road, with a generous window that runs most of the day. Race morning, a local café is on site selling donuts and coffee, and water and snacks are available after you finish.
