About the Conway Stars & Strides
The course runs through historic downtown Conway, which means older streetscapes, some mild turns, and a route that keeps buildings and storefronts close. The race honors Veterans Day, and the patriotic theme carries through the morning, with flags and gear encouraged. Age group awards go deep, so runners who place in the middle of the field still have something to race for.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local outfitter on Main Street, with race-morning pickup available near the start area downtown. The start is close to the Terrace, which gives you a recognizable anchor if you are navigating the area for the first time.

The Conway Stars & Strides has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
