About the Connor's Way Scenic Memorial 5-Mile Run/Walk

The course runs through wooded trails and seasonal roads in the foothills of the Adirondacks, outside the village of Hinckley. The terrain is mixed, so expect some variety underfoot. The race is a memorial run honoring a young man who loved running these same woods and the lake nearby, and proceeds support a scholarship fund for future medical students.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local high school. On race morning, a shuttle bus runs from parking in the village out to the start area, which helps since the event is set away from where you leave your car.
